The MomPower Habit App: What to Expect

By OrbitStore Team

Taking a supplement is easy. Remembering to take it every day is the hard part. That is why we built the MomPower Habit App.

The app is available for iOS and Android, but it is not a standalone free app for everyone. Access is included for MomPower customers who have an active subscription or who buy a 3-month package. It is designed to work as a companion to your daily creatine routine. Here is what it does.

At its core, the app is a habit tracker. You define the habits you want to build, whether that is taking creatine, drinking enough water, going for a walk, or getting to bed on time. Each day, you check them off. The app tracks your streaks and shows your progress over time.

What makes it different from a generic habit app is the health integration. On iOS, the app connects to Apple Health. On Android, it connects to Health Connect. With your permission, it can automatically read data like step count, exercise minutes, sleep duration, and active calories. When you create a habit linked to one of these metrics, the app can mark it complete automatically based on your real activity data.

For example: if you set a daily goal of 7,000 steps, the app reads your step count from Apple Health or Health Connect and marks the habit as done when you hit the target. No manual check-in needed.

All health data stays private. We read daily totals only, not raw sensor data. Aggregated values sync to our servers to keep your habits up to date across sessions. We never sell health data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for profiling. You can revoke access at any time in your phone settings.

The app also includes challenges and achievements. Complete a 7-day streak and earn a badge. Hit 30 days and unlock a shareable achievement card you can post to social media. The card is generated on your device and we never transmit your data to social platforms.

Push notifications keep you on track with gentle reminders. You choose when and how often. Everything is optional.

We use Vexo Analytics to understand how people use the app so we can improve it. Vexo collects anonymous usage data like screen views and feature interactions. No health data is shared with analytics.

The app is built with Expo and React Native. It works on both platforms from a single codebase. We chose this stack for speed: it lets a small team ship updates to iOS and Android simultaneously.

If you want to use it, search for "MomPower" on the App Store or Google Play after purchasing a qualifying MomPower subscription or 3-month package. Access is tied to eligible customers rather than being open as a free public app.
