OrbitStore is a commerce platform based in Hamburg, Germany. We build and run consumer brands that each serve a specific audience with focused products. This page explains how and why.

The Model
One engine, many storefronts.
Most e-commerce founders start from zero every time they launch a new idea. They register a company, set up payments, find a fulfilment partner, write legal pages, configure analytics, build a store. That process takes months and costs money before a single product ships.
OrbitStore inverts this. We built the operational backbone once and reuse it for every brand we launch. Legal entity, payment processing, shipping logistics, GDPR compliance, tax setup, customer support tooling: all of this is shared. When we have a new product idea, we design the brand, source the product, and plug it into the existing system. A new sub-brand can go live in two to four weeks.
Each brand operates independently on its own subdomain (brand.orbitstore.eu). It has its own name, its own look, its own audience. Customers interact with MomPower, not with "OrbitStore." But behind the scenes, OrbitStore handles everything that is not customer-facing.

Shopify storefront, Shopify Payments, EU-based fulfilment, and support tooling are configured once and inherited by every brand.
Centralised Compliance
GDPR privacy policies, consumer protection terms, Impressum, cookie consent, and Kleinunternehmerregelung filings are maintained at the OrbitStore level. Every new brand inherits a proven compliance framework from day one.
Speed to Market
The legal and technical groundwork already exists. Product sourcing and brand design are the only variables. Two to four weeks from concept to live store.
Brand Independence
Each brand has its own subdomain, visual identity, marketing voice, and target audience. They stand on their own. OrbitStore powers them from behind the curtain.
Philosophy
We do not hide.
OrbitStore is openly disclosed on every legal page, every privacy policy, and every set of terms across all sub-brands. You can trace any product back to us. This is intentional. In a market full of anonymous sellers and opaque holding structures, we believe radical openness is a competitive advantage.
